FlexInduction lets you combine two zones into one evenly heated surface. Your hob automatically detects the size and position of cookware that’s in the zone. Whether you want to make a pot of espresso, or warm a large roasting tray, your hob heats all types of cookware precisely and efficiently.

Making it simple to adjust cooking zones, even when moving your cookware. Your hob detects the position and size of the pot or pan, and automatically resizes the cookzone accordingly. If you move your cookware to another position on your hob, the cookzone settings are automatically transfered to the new postion, with just a quick confirmation.

The right temperature is crucial for frying. Too high, and even the best steak will cook too quickly and scorch. With PerfectFry Plus, scorching is a thing of the past. The PerfectFry Plus sensor displays and continuously monitors your pans temperature to prevent scorching. Select from 11 predefined temperatures to suit your dish, ranging from 70 to 220°C, for perfect results every time.

You can easily pause the heating and block all buttons on your hob. Whether it is the doorbell or a phone call, or you just want to wipe up any spills or splashes from the hob surface. Simply continue cooking in the next ten minutes. The QuickStart function detects where you have placed the pot and automatically displays the corresponding cooking zone on the control interface. You can get started straight away and select the desired cooking level for your pot without delay. With Restart the hob saves your previous settings and restores them in case you switch your hob on again within four seconds.

Now all you need to focus on is cooking your favourite dish. A matching Bosch hood is automatically controlled by your hob and a connected Home Connect account. This is all thanks to an algorithm that adjusts the power of your hood, based on your hob settings. Your kitchen stays free of odours and vapour, and the hood stays free from finger prints. Control the functions of your hood via your hob. Both the electric hob and the associated hood are equipped with a Wi-Fi module, enabling them to interact. As soon as your hob is activated, your hood is also switched on and starts extracting steam as soon as you start cooking. When you’re done cooking, the hood automatically switches off after a brief run-on time, so you can be sure that unpleasant kitchen odours really do disappear. If you want to control the hood directly, just activate manual mode on the hob controls with the touch of a button. You can then control your hood’s power levels via the user interface on your hob. In addition to the extraction rate, you can also control the hood lighting via the hob. With just one set of controls, you control it all: your hob and your extractor hood.
