By activating the Silence Programme, you automatically reduce the noise levels of your dishwasher to the lowest minimum possible. This is achieved by an especially adapted Eco 50 °C programme, a reduced spray pressure and extended cleaning phase.

The SMS2HVI67G features automatic programmes which automatically regulate the water temperature and rinse time during washing to suit the level of soiling and load volume. This means, with automatic programmes you only use as much water as needed for perfect results.

The EcoSilence drive delivers high-performance cleaning with low noise emission. Equipped with a brushless, energy-saving motor that optimally reduces friction noise, the EcoSilence drive ensures a much smoother, quieter operation.

Viruses such as corona and influenza are effectively eliminated in Eco 50°C, tested by the Institute for Integrative Hygiene and Virology (Level 1 Hygiene label). Significantly higher levels of hygiene can be reached with higher temperature programmes, as they are effective against more resilient viruses, including enveloped and non-enveloped viruses. This was confirmed for Intensive 70°C and Machine Care maintenance cycle (Level 3 Hygiene label).

Choosing the right programme or each load can be tricky, but the Programme Assistant makes it easy. Simply answer a few questions in the Home Connect app about the type of load, the level of soiling and personal preferences for energy efficiency, dryness, speed and noise level, and the system recommends the right programme. Then just push start and look forward to your perfectly clean dishware, with minimum effort.

The VarioDrawer is an extra level at the top of the SMS2HVI67G which is the ideal place for cutlery and smaller kitchen utensils like ladles or whisks and can even fit espresso cups. This gives you more flexibility when loading your dishwasher and leaves more space in the bottom basket. Thanks to the triple rackmatic system, the height of the top basket can easily be adjusted by up to 5cm, and you can do this when its fully loaded.
