Forgot to add a sock, or a stray t-shirt? No problem! The Reload function lets you easily add or remove clothes during wash cycles. Just press the Reload button and open the door, then add your forgotten items and continue the wash. As a safety feature, you can’t use Reload if the suds are hotter than 50°C or the water level is too high.

Delivery Information
- Free next working day delivery is available on most products if ordered before 4pm,dependant on your postcode.
- We aim to deliver all items within 3 working days of your order.
- Deliveries are Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am and 7pm.
- Once your order is confirmed, you will be sent an email and a text message to inform you of your delivery day with an approx 2 hour timeslot.
- We use our own fleet of vehicles and various 1 man and 2 man delivery courier partners to enable UK and national delivery.

One Man Standard Delivery Service
Most smaller appliances can be delivered using our one man delivery service. This service covers most appliances up to 60cm in width such as under counter fridges or freezers, tumble dryers, washing machines, and cooker hoods.
Two Man Premium Delivery Service
For larger appliances that measure 60cm wide or larger we recommend our two man delivery service. This service typically applies to larger appliances such as Range Cookers, American Fridge Freezers, and Chest Freezers.

For a small charge we can remove and recycle your old appliance to WEEE standards. Please ensure your old appliance is outside your property ready for collection.
