The special Wool programme uses extremely delicate action to wash woollen garments, ensuring a perfect clean without making your clothes lose their original softness. This cycle has been approved by the Woolmark Company as a valid wash to use on woollen garments with the “Hand wash” label.
The intuitive Rapid Green Option helps you customizing the washing cycle, giving you the possibility to choose between less time and energy saving, in only one button. You touch once for Time saving and twice for Green. With the Rapid Option, you can reduce time up to 50% to get a fast laundry, maintaining perfect washing performance. With the Green Option, you can reduce energy consumption up to 20%, helping to preserve the environment while doing the laundry.
The NM11948GCAUK can remove up to 99,9% of viruses and bacteria thanks to the Steam Hygiene function. With this option activated, steam is directly injected into the drum during the cycle, so that garments will be santitised from viruses and bacteria.

Delivery Information
- Free next working day delivery is available on most products if ordered before 4pm,dependant on your postcode.
- We aim to deliver all items within 3 working days of your order.
- Deliveries are Monday to Friday between the hours of 7am and 7pm.
- Once your order is confirmed, you will be sent an email and a text message to inform you of your delivery day with an approx 2 hour timeslot.
- We use our own fleet of vehicles and various 1 man and 2 man delivery courier partners to enable UK and national delivery.

One Man Standard Delivery Service
Most smaller appliances can be delivered using our one man delivery service. This service covers most appliances up to 60cm in width such as under counter fridges or freezers, tumble dryers, washing machines, and cooker hoods.
Two Man Premium Delivery Service
For larger appliances that measure 60cm wide or larger we recommend our two man delivery service. This service typically applies to larger appliances such as Range Cookers, American Fridge Freezers, and Chest Freezers.

For a small charge we can remove and recycle your old appliance to WEEE standards. Please ensure your old appliance is outside your property ready for collection.
